Hello friends….we sold this home in the summer of 2019. Can you believe it? Sometimes you know it’s time and it was just time for us to sell this property. I have kept this post up so that you can see the renovations that we did to this home while we had it. Enjoy!

In the summer of 2018, we purchased our 3rd fixer-upper turned Airbnb property (along with a family member) and called it “Our Downtown Rowhouse” since it is in the heart of downtown Frederick, MD.  We were able to do most of the work ourselves and we tried to keep the character of this home intact while updating it with modern finishes.
